This website is operated by Sofian "Ian" Sheikh, a Florida licensed real estate sales associate with Real Broker, LLC and the Coast to Coast Collective Team ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, the communities you are interested in, your moving timeframe, and any message. We also record the page you were on and the date and time you agreed to be contacted.

Our hosting provider may log basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and send the price sheets, availability, and information you ask for.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about real estate, as you agreed on the form.
• To keep a record of our conversations in our customer relationship management system (Lofty).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our business, such as our hosting and CRM providers, and with our brokerage, Real Broker, LLC, as required. We share your details with a builder or lender only when you ask us to, for example to register you for a tour or a pre-approval.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing ian@iansluxe.com or texting 561-398-7334.
